Examination, ultrasound examination and computer tomography of organs of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space are carried out in injured children. Data of SAP hemodynamics, heart rate, blood hemoglobin, degree of trauma/hemorrhagic shock, level of free fluid (blood) in minor pelvis of abdominal cavity, degrees of destruction of inner organs parenchyma are taken into account. Injured children are referred to "stable", "conditionally stable", "unstable" groups. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out differential clinical sorting, improve results of treating children with traumatic injuries of organs of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space. |
