<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of improving the pulsation damping effect of a fuel pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A pulsation damper 50 provided in the fuel chamber of the damper device has a first diaphragm 51, a second diaphragm 61, and a joint 57. The first diaphragm 51 has a first movable section 52 that is elastically deformable and a first cyclic outer edge 53 in the outer edge of the first movable section 52. The second diaphragm 61 has a second movable section 62 that is elastically deformable working together with the first movable section 52 to form an airtight space 60 and a second cyclic outer edge 63 that is butted with the first cyclic outer edge 53 in the outer edge of the second movable section 62. The joint 57 is continuously formed circumferentially by welding the places that are the first cyclic outer edge 53 and the second outer edge butted by welding them in a predetermined width from a plate thickness direction. The plate thicknesses of the first and the second diaphragms 51, 61 can be thinned down since the effect of welding of whether or not it is proper with the plate thickness can be lowered by welding from the plate thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
