<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brightness of the whole room by utilizing skylight, while securing brightness of an opening part. <P>SOLUTION: The daylighting device 1 is provided with an outdoor reflector 2 which is arranged on the outside direction of an opening part O installed on the outside wall W of a building and reflects the skylight L to indoor of the building and an indoor reflector 10 which guides reflection light Lo from the outdoor reflector 2 to the indoor. A plurality of indoor reflectors 10 are arranged continuously in an up-and-down direction. Each of the indoor reflectors 10 has a first reflection part 11 of a flat shape arranged inclined and a second reflection part 12 of an arc shape connected to the indoor side end part of the first reflection part 11. The first reflection part 11 has a primary reflection part 11a which reflects the reflection light Lo from the outdoor reflector 2 to the first reflection part 11 of the neighboring indoor reflector 10 and a secondary reflection part 11b which reflects the reflection light L1 from the first reflection part 11a to the indoor.
