<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection nozzle mounting device which easily mounts an injection nozzle such as a long nozzle and an immersion nozzle to the lower side of a molten metal container. <P>SOLUTION: The injection nozzle mounting system includes a first arm 31 pivoted so as to swivel by a first pivot shaft 21 so as to be turnable to a fixed mount 20, a second arm 32 pivoted so as to turn by a second pivot shaft 22, a third arm 33 pivoted so as to be movable up and down by a third pivot shaft 23 held by the second arm, a first driving source 41 which swivels the first arm, a second driving source 42 which swivels the second arm making the second pivot shaft to be a swivel center, and a third driving source 43 which moves up and down the third arm in a height direction. While the first driving source and the second driving source are constrained in a fixed state, by activating the first driving source and the second driving source, it is possible to switch to a driving state in which the first arm and the second arm are driven and swiveled. Further, by releasing the fixed state of the first driving source and the second source, it is made possible to switch to a driven state in which the driven-pivoting of the first arm and the second arm is allowed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
