摘要 <p>The receiving container for a motor vehicle, comprises container elements including a bottom (11), a cover (12) extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, side walls (13, 14) aligned in a transverse direction of the vehicle, and transverse walls (15, 16), where the side walls and the transverse walls are movable between a raised functional position and a lowered rest position. The container is held in a rear side of the motor vehicle formed as a passenger car and outside a structure of the passenger car by a support device. The receiving container for a motor vehicle, comprises container elements including a bottom (11), a cover (12) extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, side walls (13, 14) aligned in a transverse direction of the vehicle, and transverse walls (15, 16), where the side walls and the transverse walls are movable between a raised functional position and a lowered rest position. The container is held in a rear side of the motor vehicle formed as a passenger car and outside a structure of the passenger car by a support device. In the raised functional position, the bottom with the sidewalls and the transverse walls and the sidewalls and the transverse walls are kept in position manually or by first connection elements and second connection elements (18), which are disposed on the adjacent wall sections of the container elements. The connection elements positively or non-positively cooperate for a part of the container elements. The first connection elements are effective between the sidewalls and the transverse walls, and consist of a flat engaging member and a U-shaped receiving element, which serve for securing the respective sidewalls and the transverse walls. Each first connection element is disposed adjacent the cover. The connection elements have a flat plate with a step portion such as an edge portion within the sidewall. The U-shaped receiving element is provided with a thickening acting as a leg of the U-shaped receiving element on an inner side of the plate. The second connection elements are formed as sockets between the bottom and the sidewalls or transverse walls, where each socket comprises a recess, in which a corresponding pin engages. A third connection element is formed between the bottom and the sidewall by an engageable and disengageable hinge device. The sidewalls and the transverse walls, in the rest position, lie flat on the bottom and together with the bottom and the cover are merged in a packet like manner. The rigid material includes plastic, aluminum and/or composite material. A closure device is effective between the sidewalls or the transverse wall and the cover in the functional position of the container. The container is fixed with a closing device along with the bottom relative to the cover. A part of the container element consists of a rigid material having a low-specific gravity. The receiving container, in the rest position, is accommodated: into a package and folded together with relatively low space; and in a backward receiving space of the vehicle body. A carrier device is built in the structure of the passenger car for the receiving container, and is provided with a pivoting unit for the receptacle, where, over the pivoting unit, a receiving space facilitating access to an angular position is brought. A drawer is adjustable between a retracted position and an extended position.</p>
