<p>Disclosed is a method for controlling wireless resources. Wireless resource usage is measured by a base station respectively for terminals of different attributes. On the basis of the wireless resource usage situation so measured, the base station controls terminals having corresponding attributes. In embodiments of the present invention, by monitoring the wireless resource usage of the terminals of different attributes, such as total physical resource blocks used, the base station dynamically controls, for terminals of different attributes, the accessing, and/or load-balancing control, and/or scheduling thereof. Correspondingly disclosed is a system for controlling wireless resources. The present invention averts the problem of a large amount of wireless resources being occupied by some terminals accessing the network, causing other terminals to be denied such access, and effectively prevents situations where a large amount of wireless resources are occupied by machine type devices, thus ensuring transmission efficiency for regular users accessing the network, and improving the load-controlling capability of the network.</p> |
