<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration for conveying a recording material as a transfer object of an image and to stabilize the posture of a recording material to be conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises: an image forming unit 10 forming a toner image; a first transfer unit 20 transferring the toner image formed in the image forming unit 10 onto a sheet S; a fixing unit 40 fixing the toner image transferred onto the sheet S by the first transfer unit 20 to the sheet S; and a sheet supplying unit 50 supplying the sheet S for transferring the toner image to the first transfer unit 20. The sheet supplying unit 50 includes a supply adjusting unit 53 with a variable mounting position. The supply adjusting unit 53 is positioned by a protruding portion 26a of a transfer drum frame 26 constituting the first transfer unit 20, the protruding portion butting against the supply adjusting unit 53 when the first transfer unit 20 is mounted on the image forming apparatus 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
