PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet extrusion molding machine and a sheet extrusion manufacturing method, with and by which an extruder is stably operated to manufacture a sheet even when the extrusion meeting a sheet manufacturing condition is outside the extruder specification range.

SOLUTION: When the extrusion meeting the sheet manufacturing condition is outside the extruder specification range, the extruder is stably operated to manufacture the sheet by: securing a polymer flow rate necessary for the stabilization of the extruder; and carrying out the extrusion while dividing the polymer flow rate into a portion 13 necessary for the sheet manufacture and a discharge portion 14.
