摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave sensor that consumes less electric power (power-efficient) and excels in performance (high S/N ratio) that uses semiconductor electronic components for generating a high frequency electromagnetic wave of a second specific frequency and outputs an electromagnetic wave of a first specific frequency different from the second specific frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave sensor 1 so configured as to externally output an electromagnetic wave of 24 GHz comprises an FET 10 configured to be suitable for amplifying signals of 10 GHz different from signals of 24 GHz, and a high frequency oscillating circuit 12 so configured as to work together with the FET 10 to amplify and oscillate the signals of 24 GHz and to output the signals of 24 GHz so oscillated from the FET 10 to the outside. The high frequency oscillating circuit 12 comprises a selective amplifying and attenuating circuit 20 that not only amplifies and oscillates the signals of 24 GHz out of the signals generated by the FET 10, but also attenuates the signals of 10 GHz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
