<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble metal working fluid composition which has high antisepsis, is gentle to an environment and a human body, and can control the adverse effect on a non-ferrous metal. <P>SOLUTION: The water-soluble metal working fluid composition having the pH of 6.5-8.5 includes: at least one compound chosen from the following component (A) and the following component (B); and a heterocyclic compound (C). Component (A) is a compound shown by general formula (1), where in the formula, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>denotes a 6-12C linear or branched alkyl group, alkenyl group or aryl group, and X denotes an ethylene glycol group or a glycerol group, and n denotes the integer of 1-3; and component (B) is a compound shown by general formula (2), where in the formula, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>denotes a 6-14C linear or branched alkyl group, alkenyl group or aryl group, m denotes 0 or 1, and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>denotes a methyl group or an ethyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
