<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-making apparatus having improved durability of the apparatus, thereby capable of improving the quality of noodles, and capable of suppressing the formation of a bridge at a feeding port of a material by reducing the occurrence of deviated load accompanied with the rotation of an extruding screw of a screw extruder used for noodle making. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle-making apparatus is constituted as follows. When the joint part of the extruding screw 3 to a motor is inserted into a housing 11 through a screw guide 6, and fixed to be freely rotatable by using a thrust bearing 10 and a plurality of bearings 9, 15a and 15b, eccentricity at the rotation of the extruding screw 3 is reduced by dividing the housing 11 into two spaces and arranging the thrust bearing 10 and the plurality of the bearings 9, 15a and 15b in each space to reduce damage by the deviated load extremely. The formation of the bridge can be reduced by attaching a hopper slidable in upper and lower directions to the feeding port of raw materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
