A solar cell which is based on said paste-like composition is also disclosed. ^ EFFECT: achieving the back surface field effect, which is equivalent to or surpasses the usually achieved back surface field effect, even when used in a case when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thick silicon semiconductor substrate, or when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate, and when used in a case when a thin electrode layer of the back surface is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate, not only capable of achieving the back surface field effect, which is equivalent to or surpasses the usually achieved back surface field effect, but is also capable of strongly inhibiting deformation of the silicon semiconductor substrate after burning. ^ 6 cl, 3 tbl
