PURPOSE: A pre-form inspection apparatus having a gripper module is provided to enable the simultaneous installation and convenient management of two grippers by coupling a rotary plate to a module plate which has the grippers. CONSTITUTION: A pre-form inspection apparatus having a gripper module comprises a second pre-form transfer unit(200). The second pre-form transfer unit comprises a driven gear(210), a spindle(220), a spindle housing(230), a rotary plate(240), multiple gripper modules(250), and cap structures(260,260a). The driven gear receives rotation power from an apparatus drive unit to rotate the second pre-form transfer unit with a first pre-form transfer unit. The spindle housing penetrates through an upper plate. The rotary plate is coupled to the top of the spindle. Multiple grippers of the gripper module grip and transfer a pre-form(P). The cam structures are arranged within the rotation radius of the gripper modules and control the gripping and releasing of the grippers.
