COMPRESSION GARMENT HAVING GRIP A compression garment (20) for providing compression therapy to a body part. The garment (20) includes a flexible wrap (24) and a bladder (26) held by the wrap (24) for compressing the body part. The garment (20) also includes a fastener (30) for holding the wrap (24) on the body part in a self-retaining configuration. A grip (40) is provided to facilitate tightening of the wrap (24) on the body part. In one embodiment, the grip (40) comprises an opening (40A) in the wrap (24) sized and shaped for receiving a finger of a user.
