<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the washing of a gas turbine engine provided in an aircraft. <P>SOLUTION: A system for washing the gas turbine engine (1) includes spray devices (33 ; 90) each of which includes a nozzle (54) injecting liquid into an intake port (310) of the engine during washing operation, washing units (31 ; 35) distributing the liquids to the spray devices, a positioning device (34) three-dimensionally positioning the spray device in a washing operation position to the intake port by three-dimensionally moving the spray device without coming in contact with the engine, and a waste liquid collecting device (114). The spray device includes a center shaft (501), a center body (50 ; 91) and pipes (61) each of which includes the nozzle (54) for injecting the liquid into the engine during washing operation. The spray device is disposed in the washing operation position to the intake port of the engine without contact with at least one pipe and an intake port cowling and the center shaft is made to stand in a row with an engine shaft when the spray device is positioned in the washing operation position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
