<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal plating material capable of manufacturing the metal plating material more effectively than a method for manufacturing electrodes using a photolithography method without needing a masking tape. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the metal plating material using a polymer material is characterized in that a polymer electrolytic material is used as the polymer material, ion injection is carried out onto the surface of the polymer electrolytic material via a mask having a predetermined pattern, and thereafter the polymer electrolytic material is subjected to nonelectrolytic plating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
