<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification system allowing spray of water including microbes even if the water including the microbes includes solid bodies such as sludge, and allowing uniform spray of the water including the microbes even when a biological desulfurization tank tilts. <P>SOLUTION: This purification system 2 includes: the biological desulfurization tank 11 filled with a filler 31a to be fixed with the microbes; a water supply pipe 35 connected to an upper part of the biological desulfurization tank 11, and spraying treatment water; a drain pipe 37 connected to a bottom part of the biological desulfurization tank 11, and discharging the treatment water inside the biological desulfurization tank 11; and an air injection device 13 for injecting air into an inlet of the biological desulfurization tank 11.
