<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air conditioning efficiency of a building in a suitable manner. <P>SOLUTION: A building 10 includes a building body 20, and a sun room 60 which is provided to adjoin the building body 20, in which the internal environment comes to be such environment as different from an indoor space IS of the building body 20 according to the environment of an outdoor space OS. The building body 20 includes an air conditioning device 40 which performs air conditioning for the indoor space IS that is an object of air conditioning, ventilation louvers 35, 37 and 38 which are provided to the building body 20, for switching between an open state in which a sun room inner space 60a and the indoor space IS are communicated with each other and a closed state for no communication, various kinds of sensors 83-86 for acquiring environment information of at least the indoor space IS and the sun room inner space 60a, and an air conditioning controller which controls opening/closing of the ventilation louvers 35, 37 and 38 based on the acquired environment information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
