<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a pump and a motor in an appropriate positional relation with respect to an ice-making water tank and to rationalize assembling work. <P>SOLUTION: A pump unit U comprising a pump P and a motor M is installed in a unit mounting member 60 to be mounted on an ice-making water tank T. By engaging a holding part 86 provided in the unit mounting member 60 with a holding object part 30 provided on the ice-making water tank T, the ice-making water tank T is positioned and held with respect to the unit mounting member 60, and the pump P is held at a specified position with respect to the ice-making water tank T.
