<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily perform key operations to understand what a sentence of a foreign language just reproduced means in Japanese, and to return an audio type to a foreign language. <P>SOLUTION: An instruction operation key for a switching instruction operation of audio type is provided in a remote control device. When a user performs the switching instruction operation once by using the instruction operation key (YES in S1), the audio type is switched immediately (S2). Also, various instruction operation keys are provided in the remote control device, and when a user performs operations of these instruction operation keys, at least one of processes of a rewinding or forwarding process of a reproduction place, a repeat process of a prescribed reproduction section and a returning process of an audio type to be reproduced is performed, other than the switching operation of an audio type (S1-S15).
