<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming XY electrodes of an electrostatic capacitance type electronic input device, the method including a short process without using a vacuum process, reducing problems about degradation in the quality of products, resulting in cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic input device includes, in the same layer on a surface of a transparent substrate, a plurality of first light-transmitting electrodes 3 arranged intermittently in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction, and a plurality of second light-transmitting electrodes 4 insulated from the first electrodes and arranged in the X-axis direction and in the Y-axis direction, each arranged between rows or columns of the first light-transmitting electrodes 3. Each first light-transmitting electrode 3 is electrically connected to others by a plurality of jumpers 8; and a metal electrode is provided at each of the panel ends of the first light-transmitting electrodes 3 and of the second light-transmitting electrodes 4. At least the first light-transmitting electrodes 3 and the second light-transmitting electrodes 4 comprise a transparent conductive thin film formed by using a photosensitive resin composition containing at least one kind of conductive material selected from metal fine particles and/or conductive polymers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
