<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module used in a power converter using a technology capable of suppressing generation of ringing during switching operation. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion module 12A includes an upper transistor Q1 and an upper diode D1, and a lower transistor Q2 and a lower diode D2. The lower transistor Q2 is disposed between the upper transistor Q1 and the upper diode D1 in plan view.
