<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quercetin glycoside-containing bottled beverage which has good stability of a quercetin glycoside even when preserved for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The bottled beverage is combined with the quercetin glycoside, has a pH of 5.6-6.4, and contains 100-400 ppm of an ascorbic acid, which is an amount or more effective on the antioxidation of a drink component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
