<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for very simple measurement of remaining thickness of refractory as lining in an inner part of a torpedo car. <P>SOLUTION: A first boring hole 15 is formed at an optional position in a measurement range X. A second boring hole 16 is formed at another position, separated in the diameter direction from the first boring hole 15 in the range which does not exceed ±6° to the axial line of the first boring hole 15. A third boring hole 17 is formed at another position, separated at the right angle to the diameter direction from the first boring hole 15. A fourth boring hole 18 is formed at another position, separated as the right angle direction to the diameter direction from the second boring hole 16 and matched with shifting rate of the third boring hole 17. Bar members 10a-10d are respectively inserted into the first boring hole 15 to the fifth boring hole 18. A first jig 11a is set to the first bar member 10a and the second bar member 10b. A second jig 11b is set to the third bar member 10c and the fifth bar member 10d. The first jig 11a and the second jig 11b, are connected with a connecting material 12. The remaining thickness of the refractory 9 in the measurement range X, is obtained by measurement the distance from the connecting material 12 to the refractory 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
