<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a foam structure of a foamed sheet lined to an interior cloth rear surface not destroyed by the synthetic resin which is heated and melted in a process of integrally molding the interior base material to the interior cloth by injecting the synthetic resin that is heated and melted to the cavity between a male mold body and a female mold body where the interior cloth is set. <P>SOLUTION: The interior base material is integrally molded with the interior cloth by lining the interior cloth rear surface with a bilayer structure foamed sheet of a polyurethane foam layer 12 of thickness 1.0-7.0 mm, and a bulk density 0.015-0.050 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and a polyether-base polyurethane non-foamed layer 13 of thickness 10-30 μm as the intermediate layers, and by injecting the polyolefin base resin of which melting point is lower by 15 °C than the softening temperature of non-foamed polyether-base polyurethane in the cavity where the interior cloth 20 of the air permeability 10-150 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/sec is set between the male mold body and the female mold body.
