<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extinguish and control a fire with a small amount of an aqueous fire extinguisher sprinkled. <P>SOLUTION: An aqueous fire extinguisher is pressurized and supplied via a line 16 to a charging sprinkler head 10 installed in a protective area A, and sprayed particles of the fire extinguisher are charged from the charging sprinkler head 10 and sprinkled. A charged voltage is applied in pulse form or alternate current form from a voltage application unit 15 to the charging sprinkler head 10, and an external electric field produced by application of the voltage between a water side electrode part and an induction electrode part is applied to the extinguisher in an injection process so as to charge the sprayed particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
