A training system for training a body part of a user, comprising a base frame for positioning the training system on a surface, a vibration device comprising a vibration platform for supporting the user and a vibration motor configured and constructed to move the vibration platform in a vibrating manner,a pre-tensioning device for generating a pre- tension in a muscle of the body part, said pre-tensioning device comprising a handling member configured and constructed to be held by the user,a reel for reeling a flexible coupling member which couples the handling member to the reel, and a reel drive configured and constructed to drive the reel such that the coupling member is continuously tensioned for transferring the vibration generated by the vibration device to the handling member, wherein the reel is connected to the base frame. |
