A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a corrugated cardboard using a corrugated cardboard coating solution composition is provided to enhance thermal resistance, water resistance, and oil resistance. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a coating solution used for fabricating a corrugated cardboard contains 10-15 wt% of polyester of water soluble ester type, 55-60 wt% of acryl copolymer resin of an emulsion type, 3-6 wt% of fluorine polyethylene wax, and 23-25 wt% of soft water. A method for fabricating a corrugated cardboard using the composition comprises: a step of passing the upper board(10) wound around an upper board winding roll(50) between a coating roll and a guide roll and applying a coating solution on the surface of the upper board; a step of passing the upper board through one or more drying rolls(64) and drying the coating solution; a step of applying the upper side of the corrugating medium with adhesive; and a step of adhering the upper board on the upper side of the corrugating medium.
