PURPOSE: A gear forming apparatus is provided to reduce maintenance costs because a gear forming member installed in a drive roll is removable. CONSTITUTION: A gear forming apparatus comprises a body frame(210), a material mounting member(220), and a gear forming unit(230). A material to be formed with a gear is set in the material mounting member which is installed and moved on the body frame. The gear forming unit is arranged on the moving path of the material mounting member and comprises a drive roll in which a gear forming member is detachably installed.
