PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a ghost noise.

SOLUTION: An erect life-size lens array plate 11 comprises: a first lens array plate 24 having a plurality of first lenses 24a and a plurality of second lenses 24b; and a second lens array plate 26 having a plurality of third lenses 26a, and a plurality of fourth lenses 26b. The first lens array plate 24 and the second lens array plate 26 are stacked while making the second face 24d and the third face 26c face each other so as to constitute coaxial lens systems with respective lens pairs. An intermediate light shielding wall 34 having an intermediate through hole 34a is arranged between the first lens array plate 24 and the second lens array plate 26. The intermediate through hole 34a is formed in a tapered shape in which the hole diameter decreases from the second face 24d side to the third face 26c side. A plurality of V-shaped grooves 40 are formed on a second inter-lens area 24f on the second face 24d.
