<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a reduced variation of variable display correspondingly to a start storage number in a background symbol display part. <P>SOLUTION: A variable display device 9 includes: a first variable display part 9a variably displaying a first decoration symbol; a second variable display part 9b variably displaying a second decoration symbol; and a background symbol display part 9c allowing a player to more easily visually recognize display contents. The variable display device displays a total holding storage number which is a total of a first holding storage number and a second holding storage number so that the total holding storage number is easily visually recognized. When the value of the total holding storage number is a prescribed value (e.g. 4) or larger when a first start-up condition or a second start-up condition is satisfied, a first special symbol and the first decoration symbol, or a second special symbol and the second decoration symbol perform the reduced variation (variation time 5 sec). In that case, the background symbol performs the reduced variation (variation time 5 sec) in synchronization with the first special symbol and the first decoration symbol, or the second special symbol and the second decoration symbol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
