<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic paper display device and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic paper display device includes: first and second substrates disposed to be opposite to each other with a predetermined interval therebetween; barrier ribs formed between the first and second substrates and providing a plurality of cell spaces; first display units disposed in the cell spaces; and second display units inserted into at least one region of the first substrate, the second substrate, and the barrier ribs.
