<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a heater to usage under a severe environment. <P>SOLUTION: A sealed self-adjustment heater assembly 10 comprises a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating element 14, and a pair of isolated electrodes 20, 22. Each of the isolated electrodes has a first surface, the respective first surfaces of a pair of the isolated electrodes are isolated from each other, and the PTC element is arranged between the first surfaces of a pair of the isolated electrodes. The assembly is electrically conducted by a pair of the isolated electrodes. A pair of the isolated electrodes and the PTC element are surrounded by a sheath 70. First and second blocking plugs are provided at both ends of the sheath, and the sheath and the first and second blocking plugs form an internal space together.
