<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel battery cell cartridge capable of improving maintainability of a structure, in which plural cells are laminated, and realizing a stack structure with a high degree of freedom in installation, and a stack structure thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A cell cartridge 1 comprises a cell 2, a pair of electrode plates 3, 4, an external connection member 5, a fixing band 6, and electrode terminals 24, 25. The external connection member 5 blocks one part of an outer peripheral edge of a laminate 17 of the cell 2 and the electrode plates 3, 4, and has a hydrogen introduction path 5a and a hydrogen discharging path 5b. The fixing band 6 blocks a remaining portion of the outer peripheral edge of the laminate 17. The electrode terminals 24, 25 penetrate through the external connection member 5 to the outside.
