<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensively a long-life molded heat-insulating material capable of suppressing deterioration or pulverization. <P>SOLUTION: This molded heat-insulating material is obtained by laminating and molding carbon fiber sheets each having a fiber felt formed by confounding carbon fibers and a carbonaceous protection carbon layer for coating carbon fiber surfaces of the fiber felt. The molded heat-insulating material is formed by laminating two or more kinds of carbon fiber sheets having different mass content ratios of the protection carbon layer, and at least on one surface of the molded heat-insulating material, a carbon fiber sheet having the highest mass content ratio of the protection carbon layer is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
