<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin composition to be molded easily into a film or a sheet capable of providing a silicone resin compact with surface hardness improved dramatically compared with the conventional configuration of a pencil hardness 5H or higher, and a silicon resin compact obtained therefrom. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone resin compact made of (A) a silicone resin including as the main component a polyorganosilsesquioxane represented by general formula [RSiO<SB POS="POST">3/2</SB>]<SB POS="POST">n</SB>having a cage structure in the structural unit, (B) a predetermined polyfunctional unsaturated compound, (C) an unsaturated compound component other than (B) the polyfunctional unsaturated compound, radically-copolymerizable with the silicone resin, and including a predetermined alicyclic unsaturated compound by 80 to 100 wt.%, and (D) a compound having an unsaturated group at its terminal and an urethane bond.
