PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrating piece that causes no degradation in vibration characteristics of a vibrating section, and to provide a piezoelectric device.

SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrating piece (20) includes: a first surface (20a) that is in the shape of a rectangle including a long side and a short side; a second surface (20b) on a side opposite to the first surface (20a); side surfaces (20c to 20f) that connect the first surface (20a) and the second surface (20b); a first excitation electrode (21a) that is formed in a central portion of the first surface (20a); a first lead-out electrode (22a) that is led out from the first excitation electrode (21a) to an outer periphery of the second surface (20b) only through a side surface of the short side; a second excitation electrode (21b) that is formed on the second surface (20b) so as to face the first excitation electrode (21a); and a second lead-out electrode (22b) that is led out from the second excitation electrode (21b) only to the outer periphery of the second surface (20b).
