<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional heat insulating material or a resin member is obtained by pressing a material formed by impregnating a felt like or woven fabric carbon fiber with a phenol resin with a needle punch or the like, winding the dried sheet cylindrically and firing, has vertically or horizontally entangled carbon fiber and is low in the strength and rigidity and weak in the performance to insulate and block the heat radiation to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The resin member having high strength and rigidity and exhibiting heat insulation effect is molded by placing a sheet making frame having an opening part in a container vessel provided with a centrifuge, dispersing and mixing a reinforcing fiber, filler and a joint material in water, charging the mixture obtained by fixing respective materials with a fixing agent into the sheet making frame, rotating the centrifuge to discharge 20-70% of water in the mixture from an opening part to the outside, vertically cutting the circular or layered mixture, drying in a drying oven or the like to have 1-7% water and molding to have a flat surface or curved surface by a compression molding machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
