PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for an organic electronic element, which is reduced in contact resistance, and to provide an organic transistor element using the same.

SOLUTION: There are provided the electrode for an organic electronic element, which is configured to contain carbon nanohorns, and the organic transistor element in which the electrode is applied as a source electrode 18 and a drain electrode 20.
