<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based eyeliner cosmetic, which is excellent in color development and eye outline emphasizing, produces a highly uniform finish film, and has excellent makeup keeping effect to prevent blur by water such as tears or sebum and separation of a cosmetic film due to continuous motion such as blinking. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-based eyeliner cosmetic includes the following components (A)-(C): (A) an oil-soluble film-forming resin; (B) a surface-treated powder coated with a compound including a specific fluorine-containing copolymer; and (C) a volatile oil solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
