<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sudden starting preventive device of a vehicle capable of preventing sudden starting of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This sudden starting preventive device includes a stretching means having a belt-like or string-like lead extended from the inverse direction of the stepping-in direction of an accelerator pedal and a winding part for winding the lead, and is characterized in that the stretching means restrains further stepping-in of the accelerator pedal by restraining a sending-out quantity of the lead by the winding part when sending out the lead under pressure of a predetermined value or more or at a speed of a predetermined value or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
