<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door for a machine tool capable of solving the problem that the life of a shock absorbing device is shortened, by eliminating influences of a cutting liquid and cut chips. <P>SOLUTION: The machine tool 1 includes: a machine body cover 2 which separates the inside of a machine as a machining space provided with a machine operating panel 13 and a display device 14, from the outside; and the slide door 10 of the machine tool, which opens and closes an opening part formed in the cover 2. A cushion rubber 12 as a shock absorbing member which absorbs shock when opening/closing the door is fitted to an outside surface of the slide door 10, which does not face the machining space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
