The device relates to medical data measurement technology [?61?5/05, ?61?39/00, ?61?39/02], and specifically to devices for examining the dynamics of the electro-conductivity parameters of a person's skin in the region of biologically active points in order to assess the state of the body using electroacupuncture diagnostics and medicinal testing methods, and also with the possibility of a responsive action on the person's skin using safe modulated radiation. The technical result of the claimed solution is the simplification of the process for operating the device and an increase in the range of functional possibilities of the use thereof. The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the device for electroacupuncture diagnostics and medicinal testing, which comprises measuring electrodes that are integrated in an interface module with electrodes having an operational booster that is capable of generating a high input resistance at one end and maintaining a reference voltage at the other end, an analog measuring module with an analog-digital converter input, a permanent data storage module, a prescription store module, an inputting/outputting and processing module with a microcontroller, and a communication interface connected via a USB to a computer and power supply, is characterized in that the external prescription stores are connected to the permanent data storage module, said prescription stores including a transistor matrix with an avalanche-type injection of charge and being connected in turn to the inputting/outputting and data processing module and also to the electrode interface module and to a module for forming an external action signal, said module containing a set of solid-state relays, the function of which is to control the external devices.
