CONSTITUTION: A cell membrane permeable protein has an amino acid sequence of GERRRKKRGLF. The protein has an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 6-8. A method for delivering a cargo to a cell comprises a step of bringing the proteins into contact with the cell. A vector contains a nucleic acid encoding the protein.
