PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image generating system and a method thereof are provided to generate a three-dimensional image varied by the head of a viewer according to a viewing posture of a viewer. CONSTITUTION: An image obtaining unit(300) obtains a main image and a sub-image in a three-dimensional image. A viewing posture collecting unit(500) collects a viewing posture from a viewer. The posture collecting unit calculates viewing posture information of the viewer. A three-dimensional image generating unit(600) reflects viewing posture information of the viewer. The three-dimensional image generating unit generates a three-dimensional image.
