<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element which is formed by using new and relatively stable electron injection materials in an atmosphere at substantially normal pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic EL element, a support substrate, an anode, a light emitting layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode are laminated in this order. The electron injection layer is formed by conducting coating and film forming with an ink containing ionic polymers, and the cathode is formed by conducting coating and film forming with an ink containing materials that is to be the cathode or transferring a conductive thin film that is to be the cathode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
