<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for automatic identification of ingestion or other actual, physical administration of a pharmaceutical material. <P>SOLUTION: Compositions, systems and methods that allow for the detection of the actual physical delivery of a pharmaceutical agent to a body are provided. Embodiments of the compositions include an identifier and an active agent.
