<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly and simply determining L-tyrosine that can be used also as an electrochemical sensor and enables the simultaneous measurements of many treatments. <P>SOLUTION: This includes a process (1) for mixing the specimen with a phenylalanine dehydrogenate (PheDH-BB) originated from Bacillus badius and NAD+ in a buffer solution having pH of ≤9.0 and <11.0, and determining the produced NADH, a process (2) for mixing the specimen with a phenylalanine dehydrogenate (PheDH-BS) originated from Bacillus sphaericus and NAD+ in a buffer solution having pH of ≥11.0 and <12.0 and determining the produced NADH, and then determining the L-tyrosine contained in the specimen from a difference between the NADH quantity obtained in the process (1) and the NADH quantity obtained in the process (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
