摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator circuit with high response speed and highly accurate output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage regulator circuit includes a control circuit and a voltage output unit. The control circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a first current source, and a differential amplifier which are connected in series. The voltage output unit includes a third transistor, a fourth transistor, and a second current source which are connected in series. The first transistor supplies a second voltage, which is based on a first voltage, to a source of the second transistor. The second transistor has its gate connected to a drain thereof and to a gate of the fourth transistor, and generates a third voltage to the gate in accordance with the second voltage received at a source thereof. The third transistor receives the voltage fed back from a drain of the fourth transistor at a gate thereof.
