<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send air effectively toward a foot at a position near the foot without interfering with the movement of the foot of a seated occupant. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat 1, a footrest member 4 is provided which moves forward toward a position that touches the foot (lower leg Lp) of the seated occupant P, in front of a seat cushion 3. The seat includes: a tension spring 5 for applying biasing force of forward movement to the footrest member 4; a blower 7 for sending air to the footrest member 4; and a ventilation passage 4C that is formed in the footrest member 4 and makes air 7B (warm air 8A) sent by the blower 7 pass therethrough toward the lower leg Lp of the seated occupant P.
